The graph depicts the proportion of employees divided by gender working in 6 sectors who belong to Republic of Freedonia in the year 1975 and 1995. Overall, most men and women had been employed in public sector excluding defence for both the years. In the year 1995, there were as many women as men in Finance/Banking sector which was in complete contrast to 1975.

In the year 1975, Greater than 500 women and men were employed in wholesale and retail trade and public sector(non-defence) which was the highest than any other sector in consideration. The major disparity in the gender was in Manufacturing sector with almost 300 more men than women. The same was the case with Finance/banking sector.

In 1995, it was evident that women have shown interest in Finance/Banking, Wholesale and retails trade, and communications sectors. In fact, there were almost 200 more women than men employed in communications sector and about 100 more women than men benefitted from being worked in Wholesale and retail trade sector.
