It feels so nice to be greeted at the very first question by some "WASUSED by the FFFamily"...

The graph illustrates the prices of oil and food and how they changed between the year 2000 to the year 2011.

We can clearly see from the graph that between 2000 and 2007 the trend of both oil and food was approximately the same rising in value over time. On a side note, between 2005 and 2007 the prices  of oil were higher than food. At the year 2007 both the oil and food crossed at the same value. The year 2007 to 2009 have seen an enormous upsurge and plummet in prices. From 2007 to mid-half of the year 2008, Oil prices have hit a massive 130 dollars which was the highest value it reached. Also, the food reached nearly 220 points. However, at 2009 both the food and oil have reached the bottom with the former having above a little of 140 points and the oil prices were nearly above the 40 dollar. The trends continued to raise in value from 2009 and 2011. It is worth mentioning that the correlation percentage is 93.6 so both are proportional to each other.

The illustration below demonstrate the step by step process of making pizza.

Basically the ingredients needed to make a pizza are 4 sups of flour, 1 and 1/2 cups of water, 2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of dry active yeast.

First step is to combined all the necessary ingredients in mixer bowl of a stand mixer. The machine will be set on a slow mode to mix the ingredients for two minutes, and then another 5 minutes this time on a medium mode. The dough will finally need another slow mixing for 2 minutes to make sure that it is perfectly mixed. Removed the dough from the mixer and set it aside for 2 hours , it is expected that the dough will expand from its original size. The product will be manually press to removed the bubbles that was accumulated during the process. Finally the pizza dough will be divided equally and each piece must be weigh properly to make sure that each cut is exactly 275 grams.

Hi, I used the tips of the website: https://ieltsonlinetests.com/writing-tips/how-do-process-chart-type-question-ielts-writing-task-1

Therefore, I have written task 1 only in the passive voice.

The given proces chart illustrates the process, by which pizza dough gets made, in seven steps from measuring the ingredients to kneading the dough.

Firstly, all the necessarily ingredients are measured and put in a stand mixer. In the second step the ingredients are mixed for two minutes on a slow speed to make sure they are combined. After those two minutes, the stand mixer is turned on a medium speed for an extra five minutes. Eventually, the stand mixer has kneaded the dough for two more minutes on a low speed. Subsequently, the dough is left on the counter for two hours. By then, the mixture is risen twice as big. Afterwards, the dough is kneaded by hand to make sure all the air bubbles are removed. Finally, the dough is cut in three pieces which are equally the same amount.

To conclude with, in the beginning different processes are used to mix the ingredients with a stand mixer. During the last stages the stand mixer is not needed anymore.
