The tabular representation illustrates the income of secondary or high school teachers in five different countries namely australia, denmark, luxembourg, japan, and korea in the year of 2009.

Overall, Teachers from luxembourge receives higher income compared other four countries. Likewise japan takes more number of years to reach the maximum salary compared to other countries.

To begin with, japan and korea resembles with the rate of increase in salaries and both requires approximately 30 years to reach maximum amount. and in these two countries the maximum salary is twice the amount of starting salary.

Additionally, australia and denmark has similarity by having 8 to 9 years for achieving the maximum amount of income.

In the past years, relationships and marriages started to bloom at their early ages, like around 18 to 20 years old in European countries, and there was even tradition in some of the asian countries like india to fix the marriage for girls after their puberty. because of this situation couples had their first child in their early 20's. which increased the population in a country and also development of country was achieved to some extent . Moreover now-a-days there are lifestyle changes and culture changes which results in both advantage and disadvantage in our development.

The primary reason, is that in most of the countries the larger rate of people start their romantic relationships and marriages in later years of their life. as one of the reason i would say is that people are in need of some work settlement or being financially sound before entering into any sort of commitments. Further, some other reasons denotes the physical health of people is making them unfit for bearing a child which leads to artificial fertilisation. For example: In the previous year my own sister was not able to give birth due to her medical conditions therefore they procedded with medical procedures for test-tube baby.

Additionally,some couples are trying to enjoy their togetherness for first few years hence this delays the birth of first child in their life. This includes both positive and negative impact on the development side.

On the other hand, it is one of the positive outcome for some of the countries where people population is greater and also for people with mindsets of not possible to guide their children properly.

To conclude, In my point of view disadvantages of this kind of development where couples having their first child at their old age outweighs the advantages.
