The graph below shows unemployment levels in Ireland and the number of people leaving the country between 1988 and 2008.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

the graph illustrates the percentage of jobless people and number of people migrating from Ireland from 1988 to 2008.
overall, the unemployement level in Ireland was higher in the beginning compared to the number of people leaving the country. This value changed greatly in the next 20 years, leaving less people unemployed versus those departing Ireland.
In 1988, percentage of jobless people was around 16 .This value faced a dip in the subsequent year and then again rose to approximatey 15 percent after 1990. The graph significantly declined till the year 2000, after which it remained slightly constant, followed by an upward strike near 2008.
In comparison, the number of people leaving Ireland were as low as approximately 30,000 in year 1988. The graph showed a notible predominace in 1990, followed by a significant fall in the number, in the next few years. The graph fluctuated over the course of time, maintaining the number of migrants between 20,000 and 40,000. These values rose till 42,000 approximatly by 2008.
