The table provide informartion about salaries of teachers in secondary/high school in year 2009 in five different countries.

In overall, teachers in Luxembourg had highest initial and maximum salary with 80,000 and 132,000 respectively, where as Australia stands last in terms of both starting and maximum salary.

In terms of initial salary, expect Luxembourg other four countries offered a salary below 50,000. After 15 years Luxembourg pay highest salary to teacher with 119,000 and Australia and Korea offered same salary of 48,000. Denmark and Japan offered salary between 50000 and 70000 for teachers after 15 years of experience.

In terms of maximum salary, Australia and Denmark countries don't provide an increment in salary after 15 years of experince and teachers in these two countires can obtain maximum salary with 10 years of experience, where as teachers in other three countries required minimum of 30 years experience in order to obtain maximum salary and Japan teachers stands to be first with 37 years of experience to obtain maximum saalthan compared to other four countries.

Yes we could find in some countries people give birth to first child when they grow old and there are few reasons for it and there are few advantages but these are not enough to supersed disadvanatges.

One of the major reason to delay the birth of first child is to settle in good a position in thier career or bussiness, achive career goals and gain enough wealth for bringing up the child . Moreover nowadays we could see both men and women are working and increased work pressure keeps them busy throughout the day leaving no time to take care of child and this taking care of child becomes even more worse when parents stay away from thier home town where there are no family members or relatives to take car of child in thier busy working hours.

Another major reason to consider is people nowadays want to enjoy life as much as possible and think giving birth to child will cause hinderance to it , as giving birth to child will fill up life with a lot of responsibilities. Other minor reason is increasing health problem related to reproductive organs due to which people give birth to first child in old age after getting required treatement.

Advantages of giving birth to child in older age is they can spend good quality time with their child as responsibilities decrease , moreover they can closely monitor on childs growth and career which could not be possible in earlier busy career life. But these minor advanatges are not enought to outweigh the disadvantages like parents will not have enough strength to take of child throughout the day beacuse of thier old age, child will be not matured enough to take of parents when they suffer with any illness , in worse case if parents die due to any disease will leave child to orphan and no one will be left to take care of child.

In conclusion, busy work life, enjoying life to fullest, career goals are some of major reasons for people having first child birth in old age and there are few advanatges of it but they are not strong enough to outweigh the disadvantages.
