The diagram below shows how rain water is collected and then treated to be used as drinking water in an Australian town. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.

The diagram illustrates the process of rain water collection and treatment for the purpose of drinking in an Australian town. Overall, it is a 3 step process which is explained in detail below.
Firstly, when it rains, the rainwater slides down the slopes of houses and passes through the drain. Then the water from the drains of all houses pass through an underground water filter which cleans the water and then collects it into a storage container through a pipe.
After the previous step is completed, the process of treatment begins when the water from the storage container is accumulated into a water treatment container through a pipe. This step is accomplished with the help of different chemicals which are mixed into the water.
Finally, after the process of collection and treatment is done, the filtered and treated water is ready for consumption. Whenever required, this water can be supplied to the houses through pipes.
Task 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
The best way to teach children to cooperate is through team sports at school. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
It is crucial to teach children the importance of working in teams for them to grow up and fit in the society. Many people believe this can be best achieved with the help of team sports at schools. Although I agree with the statement, I believe that other modes of teaching kids teamwork are just as efficient.
There is no doubt that team sports take rigorous cooperation and teamwork to function optimally. Therefore, endorsing children to participate in team sports in schools is a really good way to make them understand the value of teamwork. As they gradually progress they will communicate better and form strategies with their peers, which in turn will help them open up to the idea of working together.
However, even though sports provide a good medium to teach cooperation, other activities such as group assignments and projects are just as effective. Kids learn how to plan stuff and share responsibilities amongst themselves when working in such projects. Hence, they help develop better communication skills when they communicate with their teammates and learn how to divide tasks based on differet criteria.
To summarize, even though sports are an excellent medium to introduce teamwork to children, I believe that there are other ways to teach them cooperation which are just as efficient. Even though games help develop certain skills which are required to work profeciently in a team, different activities such as group projects help them focus on other aspects of teamwork such as responsibility management and communication as well.
