The graph represents the various modes of transport facilities used during the years 1960,1980 and 2000 to travel from work in one European city.It illustrates the date in units percentage.The types of transport are train, tube, car and bus.

The bus is most used public transport over all other modes of transport , where car is used by very less commuters.

In 1960 and 1980's , Bus is used by more commuters ,which is around 35-40 percent followed by tube , train and car.Only 5-10 % percent of people used the car has transport.While it is increased up to around 20-25 percent by 1980.By the year 2000, commuters used the car has majar transport in Europe.

The graph shows that bus usage was drastically declined upto 15% from around 37% over the years.In other hands , Car usage is suprisingly increased to around 35-40% by year 2000.Where tube and train transports has flectuation in percentage of usage by people over the years in European cities.The train usage was increased by around 27% in 1980, but again is declined to around 22% by year 2000.

Their is a sudden increase in percentage of obesity among children in western society by around 20% in past one decade.In my view, there are several reason for increase in overweght , i will explain the reasons and effect in detailed way.

First ,lets us discuss about the reason behind it.There are several factors that comes into consideration to classify the correct reason.The food habits hold majar role in obesity , such as what types of food that we were taking, wheather it is good for health or does it contains fat substances ?.For instance , the child consuming the junk foods, which contains the faty acids and high amount of carbohydrates and cholestral substances, which are not yet all required and harmful for children metobolism.Junk foods like pizza , burger and sandwitch.In western countries eating these type food is quite common.

In other hands , another main reason for increasing obesity in children is lack of physical exercise.In this generation, all children are concentrating on studies and other things .They are not giving priority to sports,which gives the physical fitness.For example ,around 15-20 years back schools take more responsibility to conduct physical task and sports activities for students to engage them in physical fitness,But from past 10 years there is alot of changee in circulam that they are not at all considering the sports has majar thing.Recent studies about food intake in United states , reveals that children over age 10-15 takes high amount junk foods daily . It result to cause severe health issues in future.

Finally , all these food habits and backwardness in physical strength the obesity is increased around 20% in fast decade.It make childrens to face severe consequences regarding health.Health issues like heart stroke , numbness,obesity.The fats substances deposited around the heart , which is cholestral .It leads to heart strokes.

In conclusion , excess consumption any foods will leads into dangerous situation, in my view both food habits and lack of physcial exercise will effect the children to gain weight.Every person is accountable for their own health .Strict action and planning should be implemented to overcome this problem.
