The cheese is made through a nine step procedure. The first step is acidification. Tn acidification raw milk is poured into a container along with some specific bacterias. The container is closed with a lid.in the second step these bacterias secretes tenzymes which solidifies the curd. Furthermore, in the third step the solidified curd is cut into small pieces which is then heated on a stove in a vessel and is drained afterwards. In the fifth step the drained contents are taken out in a dish and mixed with salt. Then in the next step it goes into machines for the purpose of shaping. After shaping, the seventh step is fermentation which is theb most crucial and takes as long as two months. In the last second step viz. the eighth step packaging is done in boxes. Finally in the last step these packaged cheese are sent to shops for selling.

Music is a form of art and is an expressive one. Music has been a proven remedy for some people towards healing their pain. Music wakens from within. It is believed to have connected with our spiritual selves.

On one hand where people feel it is a medium to connect to their god spiritually some people are of the opinion that it is just a piece of entertainment.

Both the debates are opinionated from the people who have personally connected with such experiences. According to me, music is a way to calm ones soul and body. It acts as a language of love and compassion.

Similarly,when there are regional differences, languages change but somehow, music is much more than a language itself. It help people to feel beyond the boundaries of words and action too. In a way it connects people and is beyond ones physical limitations.

In a society music not only represents folk treasures but the national anthems too. no matter how many states are there in our country but on song binds us beyond those barriers which is our national anthem. Apart from that folk music represents the culture of a particular place, it is so relaxing to sometimes go to a place and just indulge in its music which is by the way very difficult to do simply by talking.

Also, music is applicable in education too. Its a technique to teach children through an audio visual so that they enjoy learning and remember what is taught to them.

Furthermore, music has been a medium of saying the critical things in a sophisticated manner. It is revolutional. A very hard hitting truth can be conveyed very beautifully through music.

Although it entertains people and one of the biggest source of relief during our breaks from hectic schedule, its value and importance exceeds in many ways possible. It affects individuals,groups and the world.
