The bar chart below shows the numbers of men and women attending various evening courses at an adult education centre in the year 2009. The pie chart gives information about the ages of these course participants.
Write a report for a university, lecturer describing the information shown below.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.
The table gives a lot of information about the numbers of men and women attending various evening courses, while the pie chart illustrate the ages of these course partecipants. The statistic are taken from an adult centre in the year 2009.
It is clear that the most attending course for women were language, while for men were painting.
Looking at the figures in the pie chart ages of these partecipants went from under 20 to 50 or over. People over 40 represented the 68%, this is a significant statistic.
Turning to the bar chart. It is interesting to see that women were more of men in almost of courses. In drama course, women were a twice of men, however in painting course men were just below of women. On the other hand, sculputure course was attend more by men that they were a twice of women. At the end there were the language course where women were 40, while men were 20.

Write about the following topic.
The issue of gay marriage remains controversial. Some people think that this trend has adverse effects on the society while others believe that it is seen as a natural trend and right for people to choose this type of marriage. Should gay marriage be legal?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays gay marriege is still controversial. There are some people think that this trend can lead adverse effects on the society while others believe that it is a natural thing.
In the big world where we live, unfortunatly, are a lot of people think that gay marriege does not well for society, but this is wrong.
There are a lot of genders in the world and this people can be all of that they want. However some countries go against this trend, maybe for religious think, maybe because are culturally backword. Whereas in these countries people are not free to choose what to be and this is a big problem for society.
On the other hand, some country like sweden or germany, that are culturally advanced, they accept this trend, this people, that they are not afraid to stay in your home or being foced out from home. For example arabic countries are against gay marriege and gay people and for this thing many people are scare to show what the are. LGBTQ+ protect the rights of these people and thanks to this many people can help others in difficulty.
In conclusion there are, sadly, some people that not accept gay people or gay marriege, however I am conviced that there are a lot of people that they are in favour of gay people. From my point of view all of people must free to choose everything and what being in your life. World is beautiful because is varius.
