Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I cannot continue the part-time evening course which I am currently attending in your institute. This course helping me alot to learn demanding technologies in the present market but I am finding it very difficult to manage both my full-time job and the evening course at the same time.

Let me explain my situation in detail. I have got an opputinity to work in a new project in my company. While the project is a challenging one but it helps me alot to improve my skills and build my future career in the IT industry. Considering the tight deadlines to finish the project with a limited resources available in the team, I would like to discontinue the evening course for next two months.

I kindly request you to consider my decision to take a break from my part-time evening course. I would love to join back the course once my current project is finished on time.

The usage of platic bags has been by increasing constantly and day by day the companies are manufacturing more and more plastic. It has become a part of our daily lives. This is a serious issue, as it creates the environmental pollution and serious threat to anilmals living in the water and the domestic animals.

One of the reason for using the plastic is that it is cheaper and there are more options available in the market. In many restaurents and stores the plastig bags are used to carry the groceries and the food. The other reason for plastic usage is the increasing population. The usage of plastic has been increased dramatically in the last few years as the population is also increased. In recent years, So many new plastic producing companies are established as it is very difficult to supply the resuable bags to the continously growing population.

There are two major solutions to reduce the amount of rubbish produced. One solution is , the government should take action on largest manufacturing companies and warn them to reduce the plastic production. Also, the government should impose ban on using plastic bags in all the stores across the country. The other solution is to increase the manufacturing of paper bags and wooden toys. The government should invest more in paper bags production and encourage the the people to carry the reusable bags by reducing the price.

In conclusion, the people are easily getting attracted to use the plastic as it is cheaper and easily available in the market. But it is government responsiblity to impose restrcitions on largest plastic producing companies and at the same time ivesting more in the paper bags industry while encouraging the people to use resuable bags.
