This Map depicts the population growth and development in the village of Chorleywood near London. The population of village had increased and the developed area had spreaded over from Chorley wood station to the golf course area.

During the period of 1868-1883 developed area is around the station and it had spreaded wide region beside railways during 1883-1922.Development was isolated around main road and railway line during 1922-1970. There is significant development in the village after construction of motorway in the year of 1970. In the period of 1970 - 1994 development region had spreaded far away from the vilaage near to Main road and Motor way. This hihghlights the isolate regions of development in the village. When compared the development of village area had doubled over a century. Core infrastructure like Railway, Motorway had contributed for wide spread development and shifting the village towards opposite directions.

Mobile phone usage had increased significantly over last decade due to technological revolution in the 21 st Century. They had evolved a lot over a period of time from 2G, Keypad technology to 5G, Touch screens. At present time they had became essential device for many people around the world. With increase in usage there will be also the negative ascpects. Eventhough the excessive usage of mobile phone is similar to addiction like smoking it does not harm as smoking.

Generally smoking is banned in the public places by governments. in the aspect of mobile phones we cannot implement ban in all areas as where smoking is banned. As it had became essential daily usage device it cannot be banned. It had became Our daily communication and news source. The pandemic caused by COVID -19 had higlighted the importance of its usage where every corner of world is connected through digital platforms. Sectors like Education, Information technology industry, Business meeting had been shifted to digital ways in recent times which neccessites the usage of mobile phone. It also had influenced the way how people shop, consult doctors, gain information. It had reduced the communication gap in emergency services and reducing casualties in many cases.

Its over usage in certain places had lead to some negative effects like accidents near roads, Selfie deaths. This can be prevented by the user education and implementing ban only in high risk sitaution where peoplw life may be at risk when its used. Hence complete ban similar to smoking is not advisable.
