The picture illustrates how Chorleywood village has been developed during the period from 1868 to 1994. Considerable things were constructed at this time, and the townlet became contemporary.
Firstly, the main road through the village was built and it connected different parts of town. Motorway appeared there in 1970, and now it can provide incomes from different nearby or distant settlements. However, if motorway may be beneficial to travel in this town from close cities, railway station, that was upbuilded in 1909, allowed the Chorleywood village to develop tourism and trading with faraway countries and territories. Moreover, on this plan, it is shown that multiple places appeared along with railway station and motorway in the period from 1922 to 1970. This could be a result of the expansion of the population of the settlement.
In conclusion, the small town near London has been developing for hundreds of years, town authorities mainly focused on connection to other places, this evolution gave this settlement a chance to grow differently.

Many scientists from different parts of the world argue about the harmfulness of mobile phones. The majority of them think that mobile phones are as adverse for people as smoking. In my humble opinion, mobile phone usage is bad but smoking can be lethal and cause more problems in the future.
On the one hand, smoking is banned in public places because it is not only antisocial but it is harmful to health. Nicotine can develop addiction and also cause cancer and heart disease in the future. In my opinion, smoking and mobile usage can not be compared even in social aspects. Smoking is considered antisocial because people do not like the smell of cigarettes and are also afraid for their health. However banning smoking, for example, in restaurants is not solving the problem of smoking it is made for the comfort of others.
On the other hand, mobile phones have disadvantages and can cause different physiological and psychological problems. In modern society, the mobile phone is one of the most valuable things that people have because it makes things like communication and searching for information much easier. However, because of the multifunctionality of this devise people are forgetting how to communicate in person and to have a coffee with a friend without each of them staring at the screen. Yet all these problems can be solved without banning phones from public places but by raising awareness of their overuse.
To summarize, it could be fun to have places where you are not allowed to use a phone as a cafe or freespace to force people to communicate with each other. Nevertheless, smoking and mobile usage issues, in my opinion, are not comparable and need different approaches to them.
