Overall, it is noticable that there was an increase among both genders graduated university in Canada over the span of 15 years. The number of females had a huge difference for a certain period of time.

Turning to the details, in 1992, graduate rate of females was approximately equal to 100,000. Moreover, around 4,000 graduates was added to the first number, it represented a slight decrease to 100,000 untill it made up roughly 150,000 in the last year.

In contrast, males graduate rate started with 70,000 before it took up some fluctuations in 1994 having a minor increase by 6,000. Furthermore, it descended for several thousand graduates untill it amounted to 95,000 in 2006.

In conclusion, graduate rate between females and males had a considerable distinction accounted for approximately 55,000, putting the males in the second place.

Nowadays, it is considered to be that employees should dress intelligently. However, others believe that work quality is more important than appearance.

Why do people think that appearance is necesarry? Because some people are used to take care of it. They enjoy having a great day with a dazzling smile on their face dressed in fascinating clothes, thereby giving a sincere sympathy to their colleagues.

In addition, females use cosmetics to beautify themselves and in this way gain confidence in the particular places such as meetings or parties. As an example, when we had school with my classmates we decided to organise a prom to have some fun for the last time, ironically I could not attend it as 3 weeks heretofore I broke my foot while playing football, but I could watch them through photos sent by my firm friends, where all the boys were in elegant suits and girls dressed up in multicolored clothes.

On the other hand, others presume quality of the work to be above appearance so that employees can wear whatever they want according to rules of ethics and dressing in an acceptable clothes. The first aspect to point out is that spending less time to going work is guaranteed due to the fact that average person spends approximately an hour to get to the work following the rules of hygiene.

To conclude, given arguments and examples provided above prove that the quality of work is much more important than peoples' appearance in our society.
