The given map describes a village, which is close to London, called Chorleywood and its development of population since the middle of the 19th century.
Overall, until 1970, citizens chose to settle down near the railway and main road, but after building the motorway in 1970, citizens chose to live closer to it.
First of all, before building the railroad for trains, people erect their houses and workplaces close to the main road to arrive at their destination easily. In 1909, the railroad was constructed, and after that year, population expanded a little bit more because they had another way of transportation.
In 1970, motorway was built, and with this development people started to live at places that no one was living in the village, which means distribution of the citizens and workplaces expanded. With the additional motor way, people started to chose to leave the areas that has all of the three transportaiton roads.

In some areas, smoking is banned and just like that using a smartphone should be banned too because it is an antisocial behaviour like using tobacco. I strongly disagree with this statement because people have a right to do whatever they want unless they are hurting someone.
The first and most reason why I believe using a mobile phone should be up to the citizen's decision is because it is not similar to smoking. People who use tobacco in public areas danger everyone around them from getting sick. Using a mobile phone is totally different from hurting someone, so they should not be compared with each other. In addition to that people have the right to do what they like if they are not hurting others. Consequently, it cannot be banned unless it becomes a danger to population.
Moreover, smartphones didn't make us antisocial. Oppositely, it made us more social because we can contact everyone in the whole world no matter what the time is or where we are. Sometimes we want to communicate with others while we are sitting in our home and we can do that through our smartphones. Hence, banning a device that makes us more social can cause everyone to become antisocial.
In conclusion, using smartphones doesn't hurt anyone and doesn't make us less social. On the contrary, it makes us more social and nobody have the right to ban using mobile phone in some areas because it is citizens basic right to use it whenever they want.
