Dear
You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with regard to my lost student identification card and requesting for a new identification card.
My wallet has been stolen last week, and my student identification card was in it. I have already made a police entry and informed the university security office about this. The reason it took me one week to inform the student services is I searched for my wallet by contacting all the possible places that I visited last week.
Since i could not find it, i decided to inform the student service and request for a new card. I find it really difficult to manage my day to day work at university without the student card. I cannot access the library and everyday when i enter the university I need to register in the arrival register. This is a cumbersome process and affects my assignment deadlines and my studies.
Hence I kindly request for a new student identifcation card and to cancel my previous identification card. I have attached a copy of my previous card for your easy reference.
Please be kind enough to issue me new student identification card.
Thank you.
Yours Faithfully,
Noah.
Task 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Write about the following topic:
Every country has poor people and every country has different ways of dealing with the poor.
What are some of the reasons for world poverty? How can the poor be helped?
Give reasons for your answers and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.

Poverty is one of the common problem in almost every country. Governments of these countries implement different strategies to eradicate poverty. But are these strategies strong enough to completely eradicate poverty from this world?
Poverty arises from the inequality of resource distribution in countries and in the world. This is one of the most burning problem in developing countries. Economic unstability in these countries has paved the ladders to sky rocketing inflation, high interest rates and higher living cost. People living in these countries need to earn money to meet these numbers to manage their families and to cover their living. This is a never ending cycle until a proper mechanism is in place to equalize the resource distribution.
The definition of poor differs from country to country. For an example in developing and Asian countries poor or low income generating people can be farmers or labourers. But in developed or Eurpoean countries farmers can earn more money than a skilled worker. So it is clear that the mechanisms, consessions given by different governments affect the poverty of people.
However, countries and governments should find ways not to eradicate the hunger of the poor population but to find them a stable living method which their families can rely on. Government can offer government jobs from the blue collar worker to white collar worker. Education can be offered free of charge upto the university education, health facilities can be offered free of charge which most of the countries are doing right now. Farmers whom considered as low income generating people in developing countries should be given concessions for their farming fertilizers and equipments since they are the fuel of a countries' economy.
Likewise many countries handle this problem of poverty in different ways. However, before eradicating the poverty from the society, roots that cause these poverty should be derooted.
