Task 1

The diagrams below show how houses can be protected in areas which are prone to flooding.
Write a report for a university, lecturer describing the information shown below.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.
The picture diagram shows possible survival way of houses in area which are likley to flooding.
As we can identify severl options are there add to old layout such as Stopbank,Berm and floodgate closer to River/Drain.
Firstly, must build up the Stopbank closer to the River but with some gap to it. it should contain with Freeboard from the top, Beam and floodgate from the bottom of the stopbank. Stopbank will be supported to lower the internal ponding in land area with 300mm gap level between Raised building and Soil level.
Secondley, must construct internal runoff from the mountain side to minimze the current of Rain water, Otherwise it will cause to damage raised building pillars and exceed the internal ponding water level.
Finally, this plan will help reduce water level with considerbale level. However it depends on the forecast of the area. However estimate of 100 year guarantee is offered.

Cohabitation is believed to bring huge advantages for young people since it enables them to fully understand each other before deciding to get married.

Cohabitation
Cohabitation is living together with or without a sexual relationship before getting married. Past decades surley this subject was prohibited of speaking in public but the revolution make this is a usual topic among young generationas within various cultures. In a way people see it as a bad manner and some believe it is the correct way to choos the future partner. living together after marriage was the intial concept. both these concepts has its own pros and cons.
firstly disadvantages, Society will not ask much questions from men but definitly from a woman if they break up before marriage. And after if Female wants to start a relationship probably she has to explain her past to the new partner. But most men do not care about that because society has decided Men will do such things, It does not matter. like it is a common thing. however men will live with the hurt feelings because they cannot rid of it for a longer period. So he will not be able to express his true feelings to the new partner even though married.
secondly Main advantage is both partners can understand each other and recognise about their trueselves. Moreover Female can learn about Male likes and dislikes while men do the same. and also if they both are satisfied with themselves. they have plethora of options to implement. such as House plans, Vehical plan, Future with some kids etc.
I have known this couple foe more than 8 years, they were living together for 5 years, then they separated because husband has bad habits in bed and wife has bad habits when eat meal. however after 01 year on their separetion we friends thought to make arrangments for another meeting just two of them, it was sucseeded. they understood each other and now they are living very happliy with three children.
