The chart illustrates the unemployment rate in rural and urban areas in Australia in the year 2012.

Overall, as we can see in the chart, it was clear that there were more jobless personnel in rural areas compared to urban areas in all quarters of the year. However, there was a marginally drop in the uneployment rate in rural areas on the last quarter making it almost equal with the urban areas.

On the first quarter of the year 2012, almost 6.5% of the population in rural areas was unemployed. It was continued to decrease on the following quarters to almost 4.5%. Moreover, there was an increase on the third quarter from almost 4.5% to almost 5.5% and just steady until the fourth quarter.

Furthermore, in urban areas, the unemployment rate started to rise from almost 2% on the first quarter to 4% on the second quarter. Then dramatically drop to almost half on the third quarter (almost 2%). However, it then continue to increase steadily after the third quarter until the last quarter which comprises to almost 5% of the urban population.

Students now a days have lots of extra subjects aside from those major subjects that they need to take related to their mode of study. In my opinion, learning the science of food and how to prepare is equally important with the major subjects in school. This essay will discuss the importance of both views.

Firstly, studying the contents of the food is neccessary especially to those person who needs to control what they eat such as those obese patient, the people who are diagnose with diabetes that needs to check the sugar content of what they eat, those with cardiac problem that are not allow to take fatty foods and more. By studying the science of the food, they can easily tell that the particular food is safe to take by just checking the nutrional facts. However, they also need to know the proper way of preparing the food. By this, they can know exactly what is the right combination that will give the same benefit to the person who will take it.

Secondly, some may think that only valuable subject should be taken by the students at school because they think that preparing foods is only a minor subject that students need not to do. It is true that studying only important subject in school can help the students to focus on what is related to their course. Moreover, there is no need for them to split up their time in studying between the major and the minor subjects.

In conclusion, both views are important in the improvement of student s well-being. In my opinion, those minor subject can also be use by them in the future and their everyday lives as well.
