It is argued that moving from rural to urban regions is the common activity that people from all over the world do today and it somehow contribute some problems in a society. This essay will suggest that one of the prime causes of this moment is scracity of job opportunities in remote regions and submit creating employment opportunities as a solution.
First and foremost, people who live in countryside tend to consider moving to urban and populous regions because they cannot find proper jobs in their surroundings. Most of the companies are likely to operate their business in urban cities where transportation system is advanced and city facilities are just near their operation zone. For instance, according to the survey that was conducted by rural university association, around 70% of the fresh graduates consider moving to urban cities so as to get well paid job and safe working environment.
One of the appropriate solutions for this problem is to introduce alternative job opportunities to rural resdents. That means, government should insist on business investors to operate their business near the areas of countrysides and hire local graduates as their employees. For example, government should make sure the balance between employment opportunities in urban and rural areas so as to enforce the rural residents to live and work near thier community rather than moving to urban cities.
All things considered, scracity of job opportunity is the one that enforced people to move to urban areas and it can be solved by creating job opportunities in rural regions.
