The following bar chart represents the number of females over 100 males registered in different levels of compus schooling.

overall it is clear, that the number of girls enrolling in developing countries, tertiary education was the lowest, while that in primary education is the highest. However in developing countries, the number of enrollment from tertiary education was the highest secondary education was the lowest.

starting with, the number in developed countries of tertiary education exceeded 100, which surpassed the target. On the other hand, secondary education and primary education were both close to approximately 100 in 1990 and 1998.

in sharp contrast to this, tertiary education was about 66 in 1990 and 75 in 1998 in developing countries which means it becomes the lowest. after that become a secondary education witch reached 72 in 1990 and 82 in 1998 and primary education was the highest females enrollment.

from 1990 to 1998, there was a rise in female enrollment in all three school educations but, the most growth was in tertiary education.

It has always been the topic of debate whether criminals must never be executed or it depends on the case of the crimes. I strongly believe that we should allow capital punishment for murder crimes. in this essay, I'm going to explain why and share my thoughts with you.

First of all, some people say that any human has the right to a second chance and atone for mistakes. they believe that capital punishment is not the solution in addition any type of physical punishment is a strong violation against humanity. Therefore, this way of punishment should be banned.

On the other hand, many countries use execution as punishment in serious cases

such as murder and terrorism for example countries like Egypt, Kuwait, and some other countries. In my opinion, I believe that it is dangerous to let the murderer live while he/she stole someone else life!. Furthermore, the family of the victim is going to revenge, which hence to series of murders, but if the murderer executed that wouldn't happen even though people will be aware that if you stole someone else life you going to pay with your life.

in conclusion, I strongly agree with allowing capital punishment in some crimes such as murders. In fact, people's souls are the most important thing. to keep people safe and to decrease the number of crimes we must have rough rules. As a result, anyone there thinks of doing any sort of murder he/she going to have the same thing.
