The flow chart gives information about the relationship between different languages. It can be seen from the diagram that English has two main branches - American English and British English.

American English is used mostly in North America. There are six languages related to the US branch while only two are related to Canada. Philipines, American Samoa, Puerto-Rico are countries where people also speak American English.

At the same time British English is much more widespread. There are six main branches for British English. It is spoken in the UK, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zeland, Far East and even West Indies. It is interesting that there are different dialects in the United Kingdom like Iris, Welsh, Scotish and usual English. We can see that in India and Pakistan many different forms of Indian English exist while in African countries used British English it depands on part of the continent - West, East or Angelo Phones Africa.

It is known that our society relies on rules and laws and it cannot work without it. I think that people should not do whatever they want as it will bring chaos to the world.

It was far long before when humans lived in small communes and they could do what they wanted. They did not have a leader, they lived almost individually. That's why there were many figths between them. Once bigger villages appeared, some rules had to be created. Humans understood that limits would help to prevent murders and rubberies or to punish criminals. Nowadays, when we all live in one big village called the Earth it is essensial to write down rules, limits and types of punishment.

If we open book with laws, we will find there hundreds of pages. All types of violetions are written there. I believe that it protects our society and individuals. People do not do illegal things knowing that they can be supposed a fine or sent to prison. If they do, they will have time to think about what they have done and maybe become better in the future.

Rules for car drivers are the most usefull, to my mind. Speed limits save lives, road signs prevent accidents and drunk driving is absolutely forbidden. Once I experienced a trip with drunk taxi driver and called the police. I am happy that he was disqualified from driving later and roads became safer.

To sum up, rules and laws are essensial for modern society and individuals cannot do everything they want as it will lead to social disfunctions.
