The graph below presents the employment patterns in the USA between 1930 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and report in the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.

The line graph compares the trends of employment of the total labour force of the USA by type of work between 1930 and 2010. Overall, it can be seen that throughout the twentieth century, activities related to the industry, technical, sales and office sectors have replaced those to the farming, fishing and foresting.
First, it can be perceived from the graph that at the beginning of the period 75% of the total USA workforce was dedicated to farming, fishing and foresting, whereas the industrial, technical, sales and office sectors and other services accounted for the rest of the job positions. However, as years pass by, the former sector gradually decreased the number of employees and, the latter increased its employment rate, until 1970, where the trend became more pronounced. The same pattern prevailed until the end of the study, when sectors other than farming, fishing and foresting provided with employment to the most part of the total USA workforce.
To conclude, the graph reflects the decrease in the occupation in silviagroforestry duties by workers during the past century and the gradual filling of job positions offered by the other sectors.

Some educationalists say that every child should be taught how to play a musical instrument. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
It is currently discussed by some teachers and professors that children should learn how to play at least one musical instrument. I think that musical activities in general promote the healthy cognitive and neurological development of children at scholarly age.
On one hand, it has been scientifically proven that education in music-related subjects helps students to become simultaneously more empathetic and analytic, thus enhancing their intellectual capabilities. Moreover, in these cases intuition is also boosted because students develop a special sensibility when they start to "feel" the music and the notes they are playing. Furthermore, when it is formally studied and professionally performed, music can represent a very profitable activity. For example when I was in college, one of my classmates, was the brightest student in my class and later he told me that he used to take music lessons where he was taught how to play the cello; additionally, Beethoven was believed to be intellectually impaired, and taking into account their successful trajectory I believe that this is no mere coincidence.
On the other hand, if this activity is not studied or taught appropriately, or if it is executed in an amateur way it might represent a diversion in the classroom and most likely not a rentable activity afterwards; this is why early professional guidance and coaching should be offered to students that show interest in this field.
To conclude, I am strongly conviced that every child should be offered the opportunity to receive music lessons and learn to play a musical instrument, because, if they are adequately oriented, this will likely represent countless benefits to their future.
