You should write at least 250 words.
Building a specialised training facilities instead of common sports faiclities for the top athletes can be seen in many countries. We will discuss both positive and negative aspects and later share my own point of view.
On one side creating an advanced facilites for the most top athletes can help to achieve big victories on international level. Providing the athletes with most excellance teaching staff and quality equipments can attract international athletes to come and get trained there. It would create a good reputation of country globally.
On the other hand, this approach also have some drawbacks, if the government would focus upon the top elite athletes and neglect the community sports facilities it would not let other deserving athletes to be eligible to come on international level. It would create a class difference betweeen athletes with local community sports faclities and top sports facilities.
Instead government should create such a sports faciliy centre in which every athletes can get train. This dual approach ensures that while nurtuing top talent, there is an opportunity for everyone to engage in sports. It would not only create a societal well-being but will also boostup the confidence of average athletes. Under top athletes the progress of new talents would be fast.
