The number of visitors has been depicted between 1987 and 2007 in European country for three different areas known as the coast, the mountains and the lakes.
According to the chart it is clear that the visitors in the mountain was 10 thousand more than that in the lake during early 1987 but after the year 1992 it has became lowest compared to other two areas. Whereas the number of visitors in coast is mostly greater in contrast to other two except for the years between 1997 and 2002 where the visitors increased drastically and after reaching number of visitors to 75 thousand making the highest in number for lakes, it started to decrease significantly reaching to a number of 50 thousands after year 2002. However the visitors in coast kept increasing steeply from 1992 and 35 thousand visitors to 75 thousand visitors before the year 2007.
To Summarise, we can say that number of visitors increased in European union for all three areas from year 1987 to 2007. The majority of visitors increased in the coast than to mountains and the lakes while the least number of visitors were on mountains.

Some countries achieve international sports by building specialised facilities to train top athletes, instead of providing sports facilities that everyone can use. Do you think this is positive or negative development?
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
You should write at least 250 words.
Specialised facilities to train only top atheletes has been a technique that some countries are following while other countries focuses of developing sports facilities that can be used by everyone. I believe this is a negative development because training and facilities should not be only for top sportsperson, it should be for everyone to use. providing an argument in favor and a contradicting argument.
The positive side of this approach is for atheletes who have already proven themselves will get more chances to learn and grow their skills. This will increase the posibility of them representing their country in international sports and gives them more chances to win medal for their country. This technique is specially good when you are considering for shorter timeframe and upto few years the results will be astonishing. The one very prime example of this is how barcelona trained their main squad from 2012 to 2017 that resulted in many trophies for them.
However, the downside of this type of approach is it is not the best suited for a longer timeframe. when these top atheletes starts aging, their performance decreases drastically and eventually they have to retire. Since there are no sports facilities for everyone it will be very hard to find new talent that can represent them in international sports. The same football club barcenlona is prime example here as well, Once the member of their main squad starts retiring their team started to lose all the trophies and the team started falling apart.
In conlusion, We can say that training only top atheletes in a specialised facilities is only beneficial for immediate or short term results but for long term results their should be some sports facilities as well that should be used by everyone which makes scouting new talent easy and gives more hope for the future.
