A closer scrutiny of the diagram reveals that in 1980 Liverton docks were used for transport business, now it is used for residential and tourist purposes.

To begin with, In 1980 there were three warehouses that were now converted in 2023 into Education Centre, Apartments, and Kids playing areas respectively. In 2023 there were new buildings constructed Hotel and Selling Club, also there was a parking area.

Furthermore, In 1980 ships were used for a transport system, which was now used as the ship museum. In 1980 there were multiple cranes used for the loading and unloading of cargo. In 2023 Liverton docks' main purpose is tourism, there were ship museums, a sailing club, and kids playing areas, to attract tourists to the docks. There was also one bridge constructed in 2023 to cross the river, also flood barrier to save the residents from the floods.

Normally it is the life mantra to plan our lives for old age. I feel people should save money for their old age, to take care of themselves, and should not depend on others. There is also the authority's responsibility to support older people.

To begin with, This is a general tendency of humans to make ourselves ready for the worst. First and utmost, There are multiple ways of investment, such as provident funds, mutual funds, pension funds, or investing in property or gold. All this invested money can be useful when we are unable to earn the money. I remember one of my uncle, he was very rich when he was working. He used to do lots of picnics, parties, and shopping. He normally used his money to live life. My dad suggested he save his money for the future, but he ignore that. As time goes on, when he was unable to earn money, now he has no savings, and his life is now vulnerable. Due to in my opinion, we should save our money for the future.

Furthermore, the government also supports older people with financial support and care. Government should provide a pension scheme for older people. Normally as per law, there is a standard deduction in the salary for the pension fund. Government should give more interest to these funds, and also make sure that all money is reaching the older peoples. Authorities should provide approved old age homes, to old people who don't have family, and also authorities should provide free traveling in public transport. Community places should be provided for older people.

To summarise, All humans should plan their savings, and investments wisely, that make sure to take care of own selves. So I feel life should be lived with a balance of fun and savings,
