The given figure demonstrate the 8 stages process of building a storage area from concrete canvas. The process initiates from Manufacturing and conclude to Storing stage.

The procedure commence with the product obtain in manufacturing stage by involving 3 materials to form a single material. The Packaging is unwrapped in the 3rd stage after being delivered to an unwrapping area. Furthermore, the concrete canvas is being spread on ground by 10 meters from the support of pegs and rope.

The air pump blows the air in the Pumping stage from the opening facing the door. The height of 8 meters is achieved by watering from the pipe hose. After the completion of the watering process the raw storage area is set to be settled in open environment for as much as 20-24 hours. In the ultimate stage storing after 24 hours the storage area is set to store any valuable items as per the demand.

As per my point of men have a slightly edge over women to lead. Both men and women can lead better at certain sectors based on the situations. Focusing on the women according to me they have a natural skill to manage and organize things financially. The most real-life example is the females in the family. Usually the females are the one who decides the budget of the family, she is the one who pays the bills regularly. Women are also known to sensitive than men as a result they are more efficient to lead in the health sector. Hence, we can see the top doctors in Mumbai are females reported by TOI on 2020.

As we know the decisions taken in crisis situations should be taken immediately along with the most feasible, that's the section where the men has a upper hand. It is known that men are most likely to take precise decisions in the pressure situations concluded by the study from Kush P in 2019. Another authentic example is our military. If we look into our past from 1947 till today majority of Major Generals were males rather than females. Also men are able to work sufficiently in more life threatening sectors. Which concludes why the most qualified pilots in Airforce are males.

As per the conclusion I believe that apart from some physical features god created both genders equally. Hence, apart from all these researches and studies I still believe that if given proper facilities, education, and trainings men and women both can contribute equally at being a better leader.
