Additionally, social security policies should be modified to ensure the elderly have access to all the necessary resources, such as pensions and healthcare coverage in order for elderly people to be self-sufficient and sustain on their own.

Another good approach is to promote a family structure that supports the elderly, in many cultures, families play a crucial role in taking care of their elderly not only medically and physically but also their mental health. However, in today's fast-paced world, this trend is becoming weaker daily as families become more nuclear and smaller. Hence, the government should offer incentives to families to encourage them to support their elderly. Government incentives have proven a gigantic upward trend in catering for any problem and improving lifestyles, like the government of Canada and many others offer child support to their citizen, ensuring a better lifestyle.

In conclusion, I would argue that this society can cope with increased numbers of elderly people, but it would require necessary reforms and adjustments in many fields, support of the government and an improved family structure system to ensure our elderlies have the best possible care and love that they deserve so they can spend their golden age with dignity and ease.
