The flow chart illustrates the consequence of deforestation. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features.
You should write at least 150 words.

Deforestation has became a global issue that is immensely affecting world atmosphere. Uncontrolled and clear cutting of forests has many drastic impacts especially related to nature, as it primarily leads to compression of soil due to heavy logging which make the soil harder causing floods as because harder land can't sustain water with it.
Moreover, soil erosion is another phenomena that is arising due to decline in root capabilities of holding soil in it. In addition to this clear cutting of forests risk of burning prominently increases, not only that but food for microorganism including waste wood is also lost because of logging.
Continuous cutting of forest may effect plant moisture absorption capability and they return less moisture to air which ultimately reduces precipitation and drought increases.
Secondly, soil erosion and increased drought collectively destroy biodiversity because vegetation is degraded as pioneer species move in.
In the nutshell, cutting of forests can destroy the world both extrinsically and intrinsically and its effects can last forever.

In many workplaces, online communication is getting more common than meeting face to face. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?
You should write at least 250 words.
Effective communication is a crucial part of a long running stable business where every employee should interact with others for a sense of collaboration and cooperation. In this technological era, where every workplace is bringing tempting innovation taking traditional means on a side online communication is also getting much attention. Now workplaces are considering it more feasible than face to face meeting as it promotes cost containment on a wider scale. For instance, an organization may need a seminar hall or a meeting room along with projectors, sitting arrangements and other accessories. However, In case of online communication the only thing that is needed is a good internet connection and you are good to go.
Despite the apparent significant characteristics of online communication, I strongly deny the fact that its advantages outweigh disadvantages. Online communication lacks cooperation and a competitive working environment that is the core value of any workplace. Even though employees are communicating while sitting in their comfort zones but there is no sense of emotional attachment for other colleagues. Although it is effective while managing cost and time but on the other hand it manipulates working environment. Companies like amazon, facebook, nike, addidas, ali baba and microsoft working on a large scale have a highly complex multicultural workplace and they have employees from all around the globe but instead of communication online for mundane business task they prefer to have a face to face interaction unless there is some kind of unforeseen situation.
Concluding the facts, online communication have many advantages and can be suitable for quick management but its disadvantages cannot be ignored. Companies need to strive a balance between their online and face to face meeting in order to maintain a healthy workplace.
