This picture describes two charts report of the Housing owned and rented rates in 4 categories, namely home owner, social renting, private renting, and social housing sectors in the British between 1991 and 2007.

On the whole, the total of homes in the UK absolutely grew up to about 5 million homes which were from 22 million to 27 million in about 16 years. The significant rates have become from the home owned sector which has been the highest rate and from the social renting that has become the lowest sector.

In terms of home owned sector, It regularly became the most popular residence. Most people prefer to have their own home than rent. It identified the prosperity of society. In 2007 this sector absolutely claimed to peak for almost three-quarter of 27 million homes.

On the other hand, the private renting rate was regularly steady while social housing and social renting sectors jumped to almost more than half percent than their rates in the beginning.

Working is the most important in the circle of life. Many people around the world allocate much of their time for their job responsibility. In my opinion, this phenomenon occurs as a consequence of the highest target which is set by both of the companies and the countries even though this behavior has positive and negative effects.

In major countries such as America, China, Japan, and German, spending a long time at work is the common activity. The people usually go to the office in the morning then go home in two or three days later. This behavior exactly makes some effect both negative or positive for the individual and the society.

The negative effects for do something hard in working for instance exhaustion which is able to be the danger diseases such as insomnia and heart disease. Furthermore, the extremely consequence is we lost more time with our family. Time will never come for twice. It always run without regard to what we do. We can regret in the next future if not use the time approximately.

On the other hand, hardworking give much of positive effect exactly for the people, the companies and the countries. The hard worker will be given excellent salary for their responsibility. Moreover, this habit can make the workplace grow up quickly owing to the frequent respond of their employee. They will get many profit from this. Having the hardworking employees are also the major asset for the company. In addition, the countries also get a high taxes from the companies.To conclude, Spending many time for working have the positive effect for all aspects even though it need a good management time for the family and stay healthy.
