The given table chart illustrate about the percentile of people over 18 in cities and rural areas who took part in four free time activities in two different years 1990 and 2010.

From an overall percepective it is readily appearent that in 1990 people of urban area who spent their free time in reading has maximum strength and in 2010 people of same category have same strength in both aareas.

In 1990 , People of rural areas spent 10% more time on reading in their leisure time. In animated play, People of rural area spent more time than that of urban area. In photography, People of urban area spent double time than that of people of rural area.

In 2010, People of both area spent same time on reading. In animated play urban people spent same time as they spent in 1990 and percentage of rural area dropped by 4%.In playing, people of rural area spent exactly same time as in 1990 but in case of urban it was dropped by 5%.

Nowadays crime is increasing day by day.We can see many type of crimes like murder,kidnaping and distortion on televisions and newspapers.When this type of news shown in television and newspapers than it has a bad effects.I am totally agree with the given the given statement when crime news shown on media then it leads to fear in people minds and criminals gain populaity by this.

To commence with, If law breaking and misdeed information shown in mass media than people are in the sitution of fear.To explicate it, people when heard some news about a criminal who ran away from jail primises then they avoid to go to the market and even not gone outside from their home. Take me for instance, In 2008 when 26\11 happen in mumbai i am not even go outside from my home at the day of my final exam due to fear which was shown on mass media.This is my first valid point towards restriction of this type of news on media.

Additionally, Media shows that criminals who are even in jail will live very luxury life and control everything inside from jail.To elucidate it, Many people especially adults from that age group from 18-25 will very much inspire from this type of criminals that they gain very much popularity,fame and game and they took a wrong step and enter in the crime world.Take my younger brother for example he watch everytime news of criminals in tv and newspapers and entered in that world now he is in jail from last 3 years.Thus it should be banned.

In conclusion, Crime news will have adverse effect and is gain fear in people mind and many criminals will become popular through mass media.Government shouls take necessary steps so that this type of news will not shown on media and not publised on newspapers.At the end of the day,People will focus on their future and goals not on this useless things.
