The origin of all problems related to the deforestation starts with cutting down of trees and plants. It can cause four major problems which can be harmful for the environment, land productivity and soil erosion.

To start, deplantation can cause lesser roots to hold the superficial soil which results in erosion of top soil. Ultimately, damaging the vegetation and decreased biodiversity. Similarly, on the other side, by cutting off trees air gets deficient of moisture which leads to drought and a decline in biodersity as well. Therefore, soil erosion and more drought can decrease biodiversity.

Heavy machinery used for cutting down trees compresses the soft soil rich in moisture to become hard and baked. It can lead to increased flooding in the area as water runs off easily without any resistance from the land.

One more problems is by burning off wood you can destroy waste wood which is food for some microscopic species which keeps vegetation safe.

Company employers prefers to meet employees online rather than meeting in person. Although, meeting online is risky and less productive at times, It more advantageous as it creates opportinities remote workers and saves time. I will briefly discuss how advantages of meeting online outweigh the disadvantages

The major drawback of meeting someone online is that you are not sure if the person on the opposite side of the screen is an authorized person or not. This is because, there are digital tools which can create false identities leading to fraud. For example, bank manager meeting with a potential client to open an account online can get in a risk of leaking confidential information. Another example would be of these online agents who can hide their true identity with attractive ideas to start a business. Ultimately, these agents manages to get all your personal information and use it against you.

Having said that, online meeting can save time and develop remote jobs for people who like to work from home. Online communication can be time saving as employee does not have to travel to work to attend a meeting. For instance, a sales employee can save time by selling products to clients online without the need of coming to office. Furthermore it can create job opportunities for people who prefers to work from home. Therefore, despite of the risks involved, communicating online has more positive outcomes.

To conclude, there is an increasing trend of communicating online than meeting in person. Despite of the minimal risk of online fraud, interacting online can create remote jobs and save precious time. In my opinion benefits outweigh the negatives significantly.
