Overall, the process of making pizza dough consists of 7 distinct stages beginning with assembling of the ingredients of dough and ending up with cutting the pizza dough as per your desired shape and size

To begin with, 4 cups (approximately 500 grams) of flour, 1 and a half cups (about 325 grams) of water, 2 teaspoon salt and half a teaspoon of dry active yeast are assembled to serve as the main ingredients of the dough and is put into a strand mixer. The mixture is then mixed on a slow speed for 2 minutes with the help of a food mixer. After that, the same mixture is mixed for another 5 minutes on medium speed. Lastly, The mixture is mixed thouroughly for more 2 minutes on slow speed

After almost 10 minutes of mixing, the dough is ready and is to be kept aside for 2 hours as the dry yeast used in making of the dough will result in doubling its original size. After 2 hours, the dough should be properly worked with bare hands to remove all the air bubbles that have formed. Finally, cut the pizza dough in 3 equal pieces or 275 grams or according to your own preference. The dough is now ready to be used to make some delicious pizzas.
