Summarize the information by describing the main features of the charts and making comparisons where appropriate.

The given pie charts illustrates the percentage of owning and 3 different ways to rent a house in United Kingdom over a 16-year period, 1991-2007.
Overall, majority of the people residing in UK prefers owning their property rather than renting.Social housing on the other hand, is the least favored one.
To begin with, out of 22 million homes in the year 1991, roughly 55% chose to purchase their own home. Fast forward in the year 2007, the owning of homes depicted a significant rise of 15%.This is followed by social renting, which figures at around 20%. In contrast, this type of renting, slightly decrease with an estimate of 5% after 16 years.
Furthermore, people who are living in social renting remained constantly in favor of this housing strategy. While,social housing plays a minority in the population with a stand of approximately 10%, this continued to be the least preferred option with a fall of another 5%over the years.

In some countries people spend long hours at work. Why does this happen? Is it positive or negative development
You should write at least 250 words.
First and foremost, it is true that working plays a vital role in our life as it is by our job that we get mostly our income to sustain our daily needs in life and sense of self-value for our career disposition.For example, a worker who volunteers to do an over-time will be earning more than those who only work for 8 hours a day. The greater the salary, the stronger financial support one can provide for his family. This includes sending children to better education, buying a new house or even purchasing luxury things as they wish.
However, spending long hours at work includes the possibility of not having proper rest and sleep,lowering the immune system resulting to illness and decrease health condition. In order for an individual to be healthy, one must have adequate sleep to be fit and agile.For instance, spending hours in front of the computer and sitting for too long causes eye strain and lumbar problems. Research has shown, that people who goes to work with adequate sleep works more effectively and efficiently than those who are deprive of sleep.Thus, if a staff is overworked, they will not be able to be productive and may cause mistakes while working ,leading to a failed task or risking other co-workers lives.
In conclusion, the numerous negative impact to one's health outweighs the monetary benefits the employee will receive.
