The Bar graph depicts the emigration of British people to other countries during the period from 2004 to 2007. Overall, the emigration of British people to New Zealand had seen a decline towards the year 2007 with a value of 20,000 people.

The first and the foremost thing to notice here is the bar graph of Australia whose average value is always above other countires which have been mentioned. Australia had reached a highest value of approximatley 55,000 imigrations on 2006 and remianed topper in the list at the end of the period as well. The other two countries Spain and France has reached the value above 30,000 but its performance is not quite significant.

The second thing is that, USA and New Zealand are the only two countries which shows its fighting towards capturing the bottom most position. USA manges to overcome this by maintaining an average value greater than New Zealand.

An interesting thing to note down here is that, Spain has shown a linear variation in the emigration of British people with a decline towards the end of the period.

Many countries around the world has witnessd some significant growth over the world. It is quite relevant to say that learning the language from a native speaker is quite comprehensive compared to learning it from a speaker who use it as a second language. Understanding the english language in english speaking country is always good and might be troublsome but, it is not the only way. The only thing to note here is the way which is easier and comfortable for a person but, it depends on perspective as well.

The people who consider learning a particular language from the native speaker is to understand the tradition and cultural heritage they carry on for generations. To settle-down in a country, it is always an essential thing to understand their tradition as well as culture. Learning something new from a person who is expert on this will help the learner to get a control over his basics, since it has a huge impact on his learning.

The other side needs to be considered as well becuase learning the language from a person who consider the language(English) as his second or use it as for communication purpose might have a huge advantage. That is, sometimes the person who teach the language has the mother tongue same as the person who is being taught which is a huge advantage for the learner as well. This helps the learner to understand the language quite quicker compared to former one.

There are some advantages and disadvantages in both the situations but it doesn't have any impact overall. So, it is better to learn a particular language(English) in both the ways. This factor depends upon individual's mindset.
