Based on the given information we can assume that amongst these countries Australia followed by Spain are the two most popular choices for emigrants to move to. in year 2004 aproximatly 150 thousand British emigrants left Britain to the given 5 countries more than 40 thousand went to Australia about 35 thousand to Spain, New Zealand, USA, and France were each chosen by approximately 25 thousand emigrants in this year. in the next year of 2005 the amount had minimal fluctuations in most countries other than two including USA and France which saw a considerable rise in emigrants making the numbers rise to twice as much of the last year though the number of emigrants started falling from the next year.

The amount of emigrants fell in year 2006 for most countries excluding Australia and USA. In 2006 the amount of emigrants to Australia reached an all time high becoming more than 50 thousand but alike to most other countries fell the next year.

Studying the English language in an English-speaking country is the best but not the only way to learn language. this statement most certainly holds true in most cases, in an english speaking country other than studying the language each person is surrounded by people speaking said language and intracts with them on a daily basis this leads to better listening capabilities than many others that don't live in such enviroments.

The fact that in such countries the student needs to be capable of holding a conversation to do daily tasks including shopping from the grocery stores and talking to the cashier or simply asking for directions other than adding to their speaking capablities forces them to put in more effort in learning the language.

In the end we shouldn't forget that most if not all instructions and even road signs would be in english which adds to the reading experience held by the student.

In my oppinion as long as the student has a basic in english language they can improve their english skills including reading, writing and most of all listening and speaking in a very fast pace to an adequat level and if some english classes are added to the english speaking enviroment this improvement can be sped up even more.

But of course studying english can be done in a none English-speaking country the students can go to classes and learn the language and even enhance and improve their learnings by using applications and websites connecting them to english speaking people.

Of course learning and studying about a language more than just how to use it in daily life, like studying the classic litreture of said language is harder and we can assume the best education possible is done in the countries that speaks the said language.
