The chart illustrates the migration of British to several countries which includes Australia, Spain, New Zealand, USA, and France, from 2004 to 2007.

Overall, the most number of the people of the Britain choosed Australia as most favorite country while their least favorite was New Zealand for migration, over the time period.

The number of the British migrants choosed Australia, fluctuated over the years. The most signifficant rose in the number of migrants was in the year of 2006, slightly over 52 thousands as compared to the year 2005, where it was just below 40 thousands. In terms of New Zealand, the number of migrants continoue to decline steadily between the years of 2004 and 2007, with the numbers starting from around 22 thousands in 2004 and ending up on approximately 20 thousands in 2007.

For Spain, the numbers of British migrants remained steady over 30 thousands during 2004 and 2005, then continoue to decrease in the remaining years. When it comes to the USA, the numbers fluctuated over the years. These numbers remained almost same for even years (2004 and 2006) approximately 22 thousands. In terms of France as migration destination, initially in 2004 the numbers was above 20 thousands, next year in 2005, it almost doubled. And finally, it continoue to decrease drastically over the remaining years.

It is argued that learning English in a native English country is the best option but it can be learned throught different ways. I agree that learning English with English language environment is the finest option.

English is widely spoken language around the globe. This is the reason it is become mandatory to learn English specially for those who are interacting with foriegn clients. For learning English, there will be no other best option than native English countries such as USA. When we will learn English in these countries, our learning will not only limited to class rooms but it will be continoued during our visit. This is because of routine communication with locals for grocery or laundary etc. Often, we learn better while interacting with others than learning from books.

Although, studying English in English speaking country remains best possible way for it, doens't mean this is only the way. We can learn while staying in our home country. In the era of technology, the world is become global village, we can connect to English speaker over the internet. Children can learn it better while playing video games while reading instructions of the game. If you're thinking about the budget, then there are many websites and mobile applications for online free English teaching. No more excuses can be accepted when you have everything on some clicks.

To conclude, I believe English can be learned from any where but learning it in a country with English is a national language, will be surely the finest option. As, it will provide learning even out of the class room.
