The fact that bullying is a major issue in children and especially in schools is generally accepted by everyone. To my belief, this problem requires close scrutiny in order to solve it and this essay will explain possible causes and solutions of this problem.

There are various motives lies behind this problem. Firstly, being assertive and popular are directly related with because common assumption among children is showing their assertivenes to other children in their school will result in popularity, which makes them feel secure as well as powerfull as opposed to other kids. Another point is that their parents, according to scientific data, parents play a pivotal role in their kid's behavior. Moreover, 90% of the kids are tend to imitate what their parents do in home or outside, meaning if parents show signs of aggresiveness, then chances that their kids will try to copy their behaviors in their own environment are really high. Therefore, parents should be aware of their influence on their kids and act in a convenient way so that children will not be affected in an unwanted way.

Moving on to solutions, teachers in school and parents need to approach this problem comprehensively rather than going hard on kids who bully other children in school. Furthermore, parents has to put carefull attention and examine their kid's behavior. However, this does not mean they have to be very polite in order to stop their children bullying other kids, appropriate and moderate approach deemed necessary as being very lenien towards their deeds will not result in a positive outcome. Hence, telling kids step by step why his/her behavior is wrong may solve the problem in long-term. Lastly, parents should be very carufell of their actions since kids are tend to follow their parents pattern.

To conclude, Although bullying in schools is known as a very disquieting problem for everyone, there are some actions that parents and teachers can take can tackle this issue very convincingly.
