Learning the English language in a country where most people speak English is such an advantageous option, although it's not the only way. Personally, I fully agree with this statement, because living in an English spoken country has many benefits in terms of mastering the language.
Generally speaking, learning English is much easier to do in an English spoken country because locals will always have English as their main language which makes it easier to adjust to an English accent and sentence patterns. To illustrate, it is very hard to master an English accent without listening to someone using the language as their main language. Furthermore, living in an English-speaking country could enrich your vocabulary and enhance your grammar spontaneously. You would also have to always speak in English and this would give you an excellent opportunity to further strengthen your speaking skills.
On the other hand, it is not the only way to learn a language. There are a lot of books that you can utilize. English radio programs or TV shows are the best options to learn the language because they will help increase listening skills. In addition, nowadays, the internet is widespread and also superior in our world. Thereby, the internet comprises all kinds of information and it will help you with your doubts. It is evident that there are enough programs for speaking with somebody which will improve your speaking skills.
I would agree that people who live in a country like Canada, the USA, the UK, or Australia, where English is used as the primary way of communication, would help them master this language pretty quickly and accurately. But not exactly forced to live there to learn the language. It is not uncommon for people who have never been to an English-speaking country to have an excellent command of this language. Some of the poets and writers who wrote successful English literature have been born and raised and lived in non-English- speaking countries.
To sum up, learning English in an English spoken language will make it easy to study but there are a lot of ways that can be used for learning this language.
