It is true that the best way to learn English is learning from a native speaker, alternatively, to learn English well, the best choice is studying in a country that people speak all in English. Nonetheless, there are other ways to learn a new language for people who are less conditioned to go to an English-speaking country. In my view, I agree with this opinion.

Nowadays, there are many good English centers to learn and mostly, the English centers have connected with lots of countries that English is the main language. Moreover, virtually tutors and teachers of that English centers have been learning English since they were a child, so the quality of lectures and teaching is really as good as learning in an English-speaking country, and students never be afraid of talking to a native speaker after joining the course.

Another way to learn English is by making a relationship with a native speaker; you can find many native speakers on the internet or go out and find a place where there are many tourists and talk with them. This way actually does not have any difference with the way that studying in an English country; you also speak with native speakers every day as well as listening English from native speakers every day. Furthermore, with a good relationship with a native speaker, you have an opportunity to learn about the culture, the religion of their country and make friends with other native speakers as well.

In general, studying English in an English-speaking country is not the only way to learn the English language, there are lots of ways to learn English, and could be good as learning in a country that speaks English.
