Age has been limited in the vacancy announcement post. Companies are prefer to hire youngsters than old people. In their opinion, young people are more energetic, fresh and proactive. Hence, hiring adult could get more benefit than hiring old people. In this essay, I am going to discuss why approaching adults will be advanatge.

First and foremost, old people could not absorb the trending of new things such as technology stuff. It is totally different from their age and in this era everything need to be creative. Additionally, it is important to follow the trend to penetrate the market. Even so, the competation is really high in this age and in order to compete with the competitors, the creative skills should be sharp and I believe, this creative skills are available only in tennages.

Moreover, giving an opportunities to the youthful is not a wrong decion. The company or environemnt should create a better chance or space to the young people. According to my expeience, elder people possessed their higher position and do not give up the position until the retirrment age has been becomed. As a result, the authority for young people has been limited and they thought that there is no improvemnet or challenges for them and they become to think to quit. Later on, only the company will be affected by losing employes.

All in all, company should have fair opportunities not only for young people but also for youngsters. I agree with that company should reform the withdraw age like between 50-60 instead of 60-65.
