Most people from non-English speaking countries would argue that studying English is challenging because they don't practice it every day to native speakers. From my own experience, this is true. Therefore, the best method to learn English is to live in English-speaking countries that will force students to practice and speak like an English person. However, some people do not have that privilege. So how do we learn English effectively without living in English-speaking countries?

People actually can practice it by themself, even without other people to talk to, by various methods. People can learn English from online or conventional courses, whether is free or not, that provide English materials, explanations, homework, and practices. Nowadays, most online English courses have native speaker teachers. Or people can listen to English-speaking movies or kinds of music and imitate how an English person would talk. Another method is to talk to strangers online that speak English. For example, people can use omegle.com to interact with strangers online. These methods can help students learn English effectively without living in English-speaking countries.
