In such a fast-paced moving world we're living in today, changes always occur in every aspect of our lives. There has been a controversial debate whether repeatedly live the same pattern or proactively adapt to changes. Both opinions have their own reasons and evidence to support their side.
There are a great number of people who prefer a stable life and try to exclude changes from their daily schedule. A stable life is clear evidence for adulthood. In order to maintain the same good behavior over time, such as weightlifting and planning necessary work, it needs a strong mental willingness and discipline. Changes interrupt which would affect the focus to achieve the desired outcome. For instance, sweet cravings happen in females during their periods which prevent them from achieving their dream physique. Therefore, only mentally mature people can resist the changes and stick to their plans. There is no doubt that a fixed lifestyle without changes is favored by many adults.
On the other hand, others believe that changes are a good thing. Innovation and changes are necessarily needed in today's world. Those most successful people in our world are the pioneers in changes. For example, there were numerous trial changes to invent today's round wheels. If there were no innovation in terms of transportation, we would still be riding a bicycle with squared wheels. Changes are always better for escalating our living qualities.
In conclusion, both views have their own reasons to back their debates. A consistent lifestyle shows the maturity of a person while constantly changes in terms of innovation has their own convenience. In my opinion, I believe that changes are vital and always needed in our world. Changes are inevitable, therefore, we should embrace and prepare ourselves to adapt to the benefits that come along.
