Secondly, people may learn English by watching different English films or by reading English books etc. Watching English movies aur series build a great sense of the language. A person might feel it difficult to watch something that they don't understand but in the mean time they start to understand what is being said in movie or the show they are watching. It also improves the understanding of language in various situations. Thirdly, people may learn the language by interacting with the ones who are fluent in English language. This is also one of the beat way to learn any language.

To sum up the whole argument, although to live in an English speaking country and interacting with people who speak English as their first language is the best and effective way to learn it, but I personally believe that there are many other ways to learn English like to pick up any online course, take help from the internet or interection with people who are fluent in English whether native of non native of English speaking countries.
