The proposed town is in rectangular shape. Most of the area in the town is allocated to the housing unit. There will be around 15 housing units of different sizes scattered across the towns. At the center, space is alloacted for the parking of the vehicles and the bus stand. Land for recreational areas is also been proposed on different parts of the town.

The roadways in the town is quite unique as ring road is proposed which will covers all the industrial units and the houses. Different link roads is also been proposed to connect the ring road to the parking area and the bus stand. Similarly, different link roads are also been proposed to facilitate the travelling between in and out of the town.

Overall, from the size and allocations of the town, it can be deduced that the town is a mid-sized town design to cater the needs of hundred of peoples with all the basic amenities and facilites essential for the population residing.

The number of International sporting events are on the rise as different formats of the existing game is bring introduced in order to retain or even increase the audience attention. Major sports events are held after every 4 years with the host being decided 5 to 8 years earlier than the event scheduled. Big events needed huge infactructure development along with the supporting facilities.

There are mixed views and different perspectives of the people whether such events are beneficial for the county or not. The proponents of such view believes that hosting such events are pride of ones nation as this resprent the country " greatest" projection that has ever been made. Economic activities of around billions of dollars are being generated along with millions of jobs to the local people. The local industry got flourished and the economic impact has been witnessed throughout the region. The hosting country attract large investors from all over the world with the thousands of people are supposed to be visiting the country throughout the event. The soft branding of the country because of hosting such events will have a much larger and a longer impact.

The opponents of this view believes that these events shouldnot be held keeping in view the grave issues being faced by the common man all over the country. They are of the view that such events require billions of dollars on the development even funds are redirected which are allocated to the more serious issus such as water shortages, poverty,hunger and basic facilities. They believe that development is only being restricted to the host city with the rest of the country suffers from non development. They also believes that such events are only a one time affair as the stadium and other facilities will be of no great use once the event is over. Millions of jobs created willl be temporary and it will last only till the tournament lasts and also the enviornmental pollutions caused by such huge development will have a fare reaching impact on the country's population.
