The graph given shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Enquiries received method is categorized into three main groups. Such as, blue dot is indicating the enquiries received by in person, red box is indicating the enquiries received by letter or email, and the green triangle is indicating the enquiries received by telephone. Many tourists have submitted the enquiries in person to Tourist Information Office. The number of enquiries have gradually increasing from 450 to 1900 in the period of January to June in 2011. Highest number of enquiries have received in the month June which is 1900 enquiries by in person. The enquiries submitted by tourists have gradually decreasing by the method via letter/email in the period of January to June in 2011. January is the month where highest enquiries have recorded in Tourist Information Office which 750 enquiries by letter or email. The enquiries made through telephone are much higher than enquiries made through letter/email in the period of January to June. Highest number of enquiries have recorded in the month of June by telephone which is exactly 1600 enquiries.

It is stated that individuals can do any big changes to improve the environement and only the governments and large companies can create an impact on to improve the environment. However in my opinion while I believe, governments and large organization can make a very good difference to improve the environement, I strongly believe individuals can create a good impact on to improve the environment.

By changing the habits of individuals, we can take a massive step to improve the environment. We are the one who polluting the environment. For an example, by using plastics products or throwing everywhere without throwing it into dustbin. These types of small activities are the main reason to pollute the environment. If we change ourselves individually by mentally and physically we can make an improvement. Also we can improve the environment by keeping our own places or our sorrounding clean and using the eco-friendly things. By keeping our own places clean, closer circle individuals of ours will learn to keep there places clean. And by using eco-friendly products it can create a huge impact on environment.

Although changing the habits of individual and keeping the sorroundings clean, also government and other large companies can do more impact on to improve the environment. Because individuals can create an impact but the government and large organizations can create an big impact in smaller period of time. Without proper guidances or rules from the government some uneducated, educated or some individuals wont change. They will surely pollute the environment. As an example if government banned the plastic products then anyone cannot use the plastic products. That make an impact to improve the environment. Individuals can't control the co-operated companies from polluting the environments. To those, rules of governments and large companies are the only solution.

As a conclsion, eventhough rules and guidances of governments and large comapnies can create an impact, by changing the individual habits make a good improvement in environment. If one person changes, entire community of the specific individual can change from him. Therefore, the individuals also can do something to improve the environment.
