The diagram represents the procedure to make the pizza dough.Overall ,this process takes around 2 and half hours to complete in 7 stages and invloves 4 ingredients namely 00type flour,water,salt and dry active yeast .

In first step, 4 cups of 00type flour weighs half a kilo is put into a standmixer.Following,0.325 litres of water,2 tablespoons of salt and half tablespoon of dry active yeast are added in the mixer.In second step, the dough is mixed on a slow pace for couple of minutes.Next the speed of mixer to be increased slightly to medium and continue the mix for 5 minutes.Further, the mixer speed is reduced by continuing the mix for 2minutes.

After all the above steps , dough is kept aside atleast for 2 hours to bulge until it becomes the double of its original.

Then this bulged dough is to be worked out to eliminate all the air bubbles.The last stage is to cut the worked dough into 3 pieces in equal size or in 275 grams each.
