The diagram provides information about the process of making pizza dough.

Overall, there are 7 stages to make pizza dough, it beggins with put the dough in the stands mixer and ending with cut in 3 equal pieces or 275 grams each.

First, the four cups of zero flour, one and half cup of water, 2 spoon salt and 1.5 tea spoon yeast are added together into the mixer and then, it is mixed for 2 minutes in slow. folowing this, it is mixed for five minutes in medium. subsquently, the mixer is put back into slow for 2 minutes. After that, the dough is left for two hours to be doubled size. then, the dough is worked to take off all the air bubbles. finally, the dough is cut into three equal slices.
