Answer

The process provides information on making a pizza dough.Overall, it comprises of 7 steps beginning with keeping the dough in a stand mixer and ending up with cutting the dough pieces in 1/3rd each.

First of all, four cups containing half kg of flour, 1.5 cups(325 grams) of water, two tablespoon of salt and half tsp of dry active yeast are mixed to form a dough which is kept in a stand mixer. Then, the mixing is done for 2 minutes at slow speed followed by 5 minutes at medium pace and back to slow mixing for another 2 mins.

After the mixing process, the dough is allowed to sit for at least 2 hours so as to rise by double the inital size. Now, we mold the enlarged dough for the sake of removing all the air bubbles. Finally, the worked dough is cut equally in three small pieces each measuring 275gms.
