The chart represents the global sales statistics of the top 5 mobile brands for the years 2009, 2011 and 2013. It includes brands such as Samsung, Apple, Nokia, LG and ZTE.
From a basic viewing of the chart, we can understand that Samsung and Nokia have been the prime players of the mobile phone market. In the year 2009, Nokia was leading in sales with close to 450 points. Almost twice the stat of the second-placed Samsung. Though Apple is known the world over, during 2009 its sales were close to insignificant compared to other brands like LG and ZTE.
Post-2009, Samsung made significant technological changes and introduced a separate line of phones which were affordable for markets in many developing nations. This improved its sales margin by 50% by 2011.
While Nokia still topping the list with base market affiliations in the cheap markets, Apple has found its footing in sales by revolutionizing the age of mobile phone designs and capturing a niche audience which triggered its emergence among the global brands and taking over ZTE by a considerable number and edging out LG by a thread.
By the year 2013, Samsung has cracked its sales strategy and also made sure that technology and prices fell in line so that they will have a major audience recall than its competitors. This helped them overtake Nokia, which didn't take much effort to catch up with the evolution of smartphones. Later, this would be known as the fall of Nokia in the mobile phone business.

Is change in life a hype or a need?
Change - A concept that travels every intricate part of the journey of life. we as individuals have a different take on this concept. Some long for it to have a complete and successful life and others avoid it to maintain balance and attain a peaceful life.
The only good thing about them both is they both are not wrong. It's just a matter of what works for that individual. Anyone who seeks change in certain things will also seek the opposite for other things. For example, we all help campaign for change as we live our lives by longing for a better lifestyle, a better house, a better job and many more. At the same time, we long for a stable relationship with our loved ones, we would long for the same kind of food, people, etc. This shows that change is an optional criterion for everyone.
To give a personal example, my dad started working in the railways during his early 20s and continued working in the same field for 40 long years. He enjoyed his work though it was stressful and draining at times. He never looked for a way out to do something else. For him, changing his workplace was insignificant. Whereas, I have worked in 3 different fields; photography, writing and design, and am still in my late 20s. I enjoy the change. It gives me the push to be creative and learn something new all the time. I enjoy meeting new people, working in new fields. But both of us look for stable family life and other dreams.
With that said, In my opinion, change is both an inevitable and avoidable aspect of life. It gets to have a major role or a minor role based on the individual's perception of it.
