Task 1
You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
The diagrams below show the existing ground floor plan of a house and a proposed plan for some building work.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.
As we can see in the diagrams, there will be a significant change in the new proposed house plan. In the existing house there is a storage under the stairs, but if the place of stairs is changed as per in the proposed plan, the storage will not be available. Eventhough the existing house doesn't have any kitchen furniture, in the proposed plan some kitchen furniture are added. As I see, the proposed plan is somewhat like to be a new trend as it has a two door huge opening to the kitchen area. As shown in the proposed plan, having a big open living area is much better for a house. The noticible similiarity in both plans is having two entrance doors. Including less number of internal walls inside the house gives it a nice view.

Some people believe that teaching children at home is best for a child's development while others think that it is important for children to go to school.
Discuss the advantages of both methods and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.
People have many opinions regarding their child's development. Some may think that teaching them at home is the best option for thier initial development and others may think that teaching them home is not sufficient and it is important for their children to go to school for one's development. In my point of view, it is the best solution to let them learn at home until they are like 5 years old and then attending them to school nearly when they are 6 years old.
First I would like to discuss the advantages of teaching the small ones at home. A small child would obviously like more to be with their mother and father. They will learn things while trying to do things themselves like tieing their shoe laces, eating alone and many more small activities. Parents can have an eye on them and also they can make the child correct. Teaching the small ones, the alphabet and all the educational work at home by their parents will make the children interested on it.
The other option is to take the children to the school for learning. It has some advantages over teaching them at home. Being at a school with peer group of same age will help the children for their mental and social well-being. Having friends and doing activities with them is much more enthusiastic.
There are number of good benefits of both methods teaching at home and attending to a school. To the best of my knowledge, a the development of a child needs both being tought at home and school.
