You should write at least 150 words.

Writing task 1

The blueprints illustrate both the current floor plan of a house as well as a guide to the proposed changes. The main features of the plan includes a kitchen, a living room, stairs, a hall, as well as 2 entrance doors.

Overall, there are significant alterations in the floor plan for the proposed building particularly a wider living room, a smaller size for the kitchen and removal of some key features from the old floor plan.

The exisiting floor plan includes a hall adjacent to the stairs with a storage area at the end of it. From the hall, two internal doors provide access to two separate rooms, namely the kitchen and living room. Another entrance door provides a shorter path directly to the kitchen.

The proposed floor plan offers a bigger living area that was made possible upon the change in position of the stairs after the internal wall on the right is removed. The two internal doors are now joined to serve as the main connection between the kitchen and living room.

Writing task 2

Home schooling is now being considered to be the best choice for a child's overall development. However, there are those who put forward the idea that attending an actual school still provides the best form of enrichment for students. This essay will discuss the benefits of these two approaches and will argue that having a school experience is still the best option.

Parents are now viewing home school as the best alternative in improving their child's capabilites because of the exclusivity it offers as well as the security from the potential threats in the outside world. Firstly, the teachers of these home-schooled students forms a curriculum that is best suited for a particular child. The way of teaching is primarily focused on the child's interests therefore maximizing his engagement that could further facilitate his learning. A huge number of students today often gain knowledge the most if the manner of teaching appeals to them. Furthermore, parents believe that if they keep their child in the comforts of their home, they would be away from any threats. The possibility of getting involved in an accident is always a consistent threat whenever people step out of their household. Knowing that they are always around to monitor their child's safety, parents then choose this safer form of education.

Attending school provides the child with numerous advantages including gaining access to a wide range of learning resources as well as the opportunity to socialize with other children. To begin with, learning establishments offer excellent amenities that could further improve not only a student's academic level but also his physical and social well-being. Libraries, gymanasiums as well as laboratories are only a few examples of the facilities a school can provide. In addition, children will be exposed to a variety of personalities since they have to deal with their classmates on a regular basis. Socialization could be maximized if parents decide to enroll their child on an actual school. Socio-emotional maturity in the younger population is often achieved once they start interacting with other children of the same age.

In conclusion, both home school and actual school set-ups provide their own benefits. However, a holistic growth, not only academically, but also socially and emotionally, can only be experienced once the child goes to an actual learning institution.
